Multi-Purpose Compressed Non-Asbestos (CNA) Sheet Gaskets
The Engineering Problem:
Facility managers require a reliable, universal “go-to” gasket for 80% of their facility piping. Using high-cost specialized gaskets on basic water lines is inefficient, yet low-quality rubber gaskets frequently lead to “weeping” leaks. These minor leaks cause exterior bolt oxidation and require constant re-torquing, significantly increasing maintenance labor costs and risks of premature flange failure.

Our Standard Solution:
Our Multi-Purpose CNA (Compressed Non-Asbestos) gaskets are manufactured using a high-intensity calendering process. We blend high-strength synthetic Aramid fibers with a high-grade Nitrile (NBR) binder to create a dense, flexible sheet. This “middle ground” material offers the heat resistance of high-end composites at a price point suitable for infrastructure-wide deployment. Each sheet is branded with a tracking code to ensure full traceability throughout the US supply chain.
